As a Revinetix D3 Premier Level VAR You Receive*:

*In order to qualify for the Premier Level of the Revinetix D3 VAR program, a dealer must sell a minimum of $500,000 of Revinetix products annually. ** In order to qualify, VAR must be at or above qualification quota for previous quarter.

Terms and Conditions

  • You must complete and send in a Revinetix D3 VAR application in order to be eligible for Revinetix D3 VAR Program benefits
  • The Revinetix D3 VAR Program may be amended or terminated without prior notice
  • If you are planning a marketing activity and wish to be reimbursed, you must contact Revinetix Sales at 1-888-264-5116 or www.sales@Revinetix.com . Any activity that does not receive prior approval will not be reimbursed
  • Any advertising or promotional materials you use must not be misleading as to price, product features or specifications, or be in violation of any federal or state law, municipal ordinance or administrative agency rule or regulation
  • To be reimbursed by Revinetix for advertising and other promotional expenses, you may not advertise products at a price lower than the Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) recommended by Revinetix
  • To be eligible for reimbursement, your advertisements and promotional activities must satisfy all Revinetix Channel Program guidelines and not be in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Revinetix will not reimburse media or third-party suppliers directly on you behalf
  • Under no circumstances may you deduct the amount of your claims from Revinetix invoices before receiving the appropriate credit memo

Planning Marketing Activities and Getting Them Approved

By working with a Revinetix Sales Representative, you can qualify for Revinetix-reimbursed marketing or promotional activities (Revinetix D3 Super VARs only). Be sure to determine what promotional activities will be profitable for you and estimate how much they will cost.

All reimbursed activities must be focused on the sale of Revinetix products and comply with the guidelines detailed within the Advertising Material section. To get approval on your activities, contact Revinetix Sales at 1-888-264-5116 or sales@Revinetix.com.

Getting Reimbursed for Your Activities

When you complete your marketing activities, you must complete a Promotion Claim Form for each pre-approved activity.

Each claim should be supported with details of proof of performance. (Specific documentation is listed on the form and elsewhere in this section.) All materials must be mailed no later than 45 days following the performance or events to the address listed below.

Reimbursement will be made directly to you in the form of a credit memo. Unauthorized deductions of promotional activities are expressly prohibited.

Marketing Activities That Are Eligible For Marketing Development Funds

  • Print, broadcast or direct mail advertisements
  • Merchandising and collateral materials
  • Promotions and incentives
  • Seminars and events
  • Sales and product training
  • Evaluation and demonstration units

Activities Must Meet These Requirements

  • The purpose of advertising and promotional activities must be to increase Revinetix brand awareness and promote the entire line of Revinetix product solutions
  • The Revinetix name must be mentioned in all materials
  • The Revinetix logo must appear on all printed materials with proper trademarks (See the Advertising Materials section for specific logo guidelines)
  • All printed materials must feature Revinetix photography which may be obtained from Revinetix
  • The advertised price must not be below the Minimum Advertised Price (M.A.P.) recommended by Revinetix
  • A Revinetix Sales Representative must be in attendance at all applicable events

Documentation Needed as Proof of Performance

  • Original, itemized invoices showing net rate less all discounts and rebates and quantities produced
  • An original copy of the final produced piece, scrip, or photograph in the case of a display
  • A full tearsheet showing name and sate of publication
  • Detailed sales reports
  • A signed list of all participants in an activity, awards distributed and recipients of incentives and awards

As we become more reliant on data to help with our decision making it is critical that we have confidence in the reliability of our backup system.  I’ll be honest; with the Revinetix Sentio appliance installed I’m now sleeping at night. From an IT director’s perspective, having full confidence in a data backup system is very, very comforting. Outside of IT, no one wants to hear why a data backup system is not functioning - it is assumed this stuff just works. Well, now it does which is essential for the credibility of IT.
